Kolter’s Performance Guarantee makes sure every placement is a success.  There is no stronger guarantee program available anywhere!

  • Direct Hire Guarantee – We guarantee you’ll be completely satisfied with any direct hire placement during their initial 90 days and back that up with a 100% Replacement Guarantee.

  • Our 3 Year Performance Guarantee – If the placed candidate is promoted, fired, transferred, or leaves for any reason during the first 3 years of employment Kolter Solutions will provide a replacement candidate for 50% of our standard negotiated fee.

  • Contract (Temporary) Employee Guarantee – If you are not 100% satisfied with any contract, or contract to direct employee (temp employee) during the first 80 hours their first 10 business days or 80 hours worked will be free. Even after the initial 80 hours or 10 business day period we will replace under performing contract employees with a suitable replacement at any time during an engagement.


    Terms and Conditions:

  • Kolter Solutions reserves the right to deny replacement of a placed candidate and terminate the placement of the employee in lieu of replacement. In this case, there will be no bill your company for the hours worked (up to 80 hours).

  • Kolter Solutions Performance Guarantee can only be used one time for any placed candidate.
